Our agency (known as “AA Dominanta” till 2006) has been working in the market since June 2005.
New partnership and business restructuring was signified with the new name of the Agency. When Olga Vorobjova joined our team, our services expanded to a whole new level.

Victoria Nichosova, Director.
7 years experience organizing events at the international level. Education: Foreign Economic Activity Management (Kiev International University of Civil Aviation), Centre of Leadership Development, various business and personal development training courses. Victoria began her career at the Strategy Development Division of The Air Transportation Department of Ukraine where she was engaged in monitoring of consulting projects and cooperation with international organizations. Her transition into the private sector led her to a recruitment agency where Victoria has organized and managed the financial and investment companies division. Further operational experience, new connections and opportunities resulted in a creation in 2005 of an agency that provides event management services all over Ukraine. Her main motivation was and is a desire to expand the business through high quality services and partnership relations with Clients.
Olga Vorobyova, Partner, Head of Corporate Events Department.
Master of Arts (The University of the Americas), winner of the international competitions in modern choreography and trainer of Afro, Funky, Hip-Hop dance classes. Since 2002, teaches on faculty of modern choreography at the State Academy of Advanced Training for Cultural Workers and Artists. Olga worked under contracts all over the world: Russia, Ukraine, Portugal, Hungary, Austria, South America – and received further training in arts in Central America, Austria, Italy and Brazil. Olga has several international diplomas in choreography. Her performances were played on stages of leading theatres in Ukraine, Russia, Austria (The Kiev Opera and Ballet Theatre, 1999; The Perm Theatre, 2000; the Big theatre, Moscow, 2002, Mariinsky Theatre, St.Petersburg, 2007). Such well-known projects as "Via Gra", "SMS", "69" were created with Olga's direct involvement. She provided services to such singers as Assiya Akhat, Katya Buzhinskaja, Evgenia Vlasova, Valery Meladze and others. During her work in Moscow Olga also created programs and performances for the Music Eccentric Theatre "Bim-Bom", "Samotsvety" band, Ilya Duhovny ("Mirage" band); she choreographed and produced a joint Ukrainian-Austrian (city of Linz) performance "Kerry Dance". Later in Kiev, she staged the Latin American dancing performance "Mokhito Taste", developed a unique training course for women "Dance Therapy" and started a creative workshop "Black dance". While working in the State Academy of Advanced Training for Cultural Workers and Artists, Olga has trained the whole new generation of modern dancers. The desire to combine her experience with new types of activity has led Olga to partnership with Victoria Nichosova.
Anna Chuchko, Project Coordinator.
Speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian. Experience: Anna has experience training in the PR international company where she managed preparation of public activities and development of PR-actions. Continuous development is one of Anna's distinct inclinations which brought her to the "Real Time Conference" agency team.Anna has experience in preparation of activities for the following companies: ARDO, Motorola, New Holland and others.
Mykola Maliy, Ambient Media
Mykola worked in the following net advertising agencies: DDB, Saatchi&Saatchi, Young&Rubicam. Then he continued his career working for McDonald's, Tuborg, life:), Toyota, Интертоп and others.
Mykola is one of the best specialists in the sphere of developing successful brands and its promotion.
Sergey Blazhko, PR-consultant
Sociologist, consultant on PR issues, Head of PR Department for Soyuz-Viktan Group, London School of PR alumnus.
Sergey has worked in the PR field since 1999. He is the initiator and team-member of high-profile PR projects in Ukraine, Europe and the USA. In 1999-2001, Sergey attended the Political PR School, and then worked successfully on the election campaign to Ukrainian Verkhovnaya Rada in 2001.
Sergey Blazhko’s fields of expertise are FMCG market (7 years), personal and corporate PR, crisis PR, corporate conflicts, PR in culture and sports.
Olga Kupets - the Head of Donetsk Office.
4 years experience organizing promotional and BTL activities for the leading companies of Donetsk region. Graduated with honors from Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade (Master’s Degree in Organizational Management). Olga received numerous awards from scientific conferences in Ukraine, she also actively participated in their organization. Many of her works have been published in scientific magazines. Olga has music education, fluently speaks English and French. Continuous development is one of Olga's distinct inclinations which brought her to the "Real Time Conference" agency team.
Ivan Nikitin - the Head of Corporate Events Department in Donetsk Office.
Ivan Graduated from Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade (Master’s Degree in Business Economics). Ivan took part in numerous scientific conferences and received many awards. In 2004 he received "The University Golden Voice" award. Ivan was actively involved in the University’s social life organizing various events and celebrations. Now he is organizing promotional activities for many Ukrainian companies. His life motto is: "To walk all the way honorably".
