One thing
There is one thing inherent in every person, relationship, team family, organization, nation, economy, and civilization in the world – something that, if missing, will lead to a collapse of the strongest government, the most successful business, the most developed economy, the most powerful leadership, the strongest friendship, the toughest character, or the deepest love.
On the other hand, if you develop and enhance this thing, it can create success and prosperity in any life field. However, this is the least comprehensible, but the most neglected and underestimated opportunity of our time. This thing is trust.

To put it very simple, trust means confidence. The opposite to trust is distrust or suspicion. When you trust people and rely on them – you credit their abilities and integrity. If you do not trust people, you might have doubts in their decency, intents, abilities, and achievements. That simple.
